Necessary Qualifications

No experience is necessary to apply; our on-the-job training program makes Denco a great place to start. However, the following advanced qualifications can give you a jump start toward industry-leading internal growth opportunities:

  • Prior construction experience
  • Driver’s License/Commercial Driver’s License
  • Prior Flagger training
  • Equipment operating experience
